Buyers continue to look but are slow to Buy!

The past 3-4 weeks have been slower than normal. I think with many folks eyes on the economy, stock market or investment losses and THE ELECTION are making the Buyers hesitant to "pull the trigger". The Southlake Market continues to do well if your home is closer to the average sale price and if your home is updated. Higher priced homes in all of NE Tarrant county seem to be slow over $750,000. There are some great homes and the rates are great! Why aren't people buying? Many of the home buyers have been hit in other markets and are afraid to buy in case our market goes down. I remind them we didn't see the apprecitation that maybe they saw in CA. I also think the fact they still have a home to sell in another market that they can't get sold can be scary for any family in these times.
